| 摘 要： | 从工艺过程上分析了原水洗工艺存在的废液量大、后处理困难等弊端，将单釜水洗工艺改为双釜串联过滤工艺。改进后，无废液产生，产品质量稳定，不仅降低了生产成本，而且大大提高了生产效率和经济效益。对现行工艺的改造具有指导意义。

| Abstract: | After the single vessel washing process was turned into two connected vessels filtrating process, product quality is stable without any waste liquid, and it can not only reduce the production cost but also increase efficiency of the production and economy. Thus this process is significant in directing the improvement of the on-going process. |
