| Abstract: | The process to replace the catalyst of shifting furnace was introduced for large - sized ammonia synthesis plant; the requirements of type selection and filling method for catalyst were discussed . Author introduced the operating procedures and requirements for catalyst during the period of reduction from heating before reduction to initial, middle and final periods during whole reduction. |
