摘    要:在知识经济时代,人力资源成为关键性的战略资源。学校人力资源的管理应做到以人为本,更新观念,运用激励策略,发挥教师的主体性;运用多元评价法,促进教师的专业成长;开展教育科研,提升教师工作效能;建立留住人才的机制。

Abstract:Human resources has become one of the key strategic resources in the era of knowledge economy.School human resources management should be operated and renovated in the light of the "human-based" managing concept.Therefore the inspiring strategy should be employed to stimulate teachers' subjectivity;multi-evaluation is employed to advance teachers' professional growth;educational researches should be developed to promote teachers' working efficiency;and last but not the least,the mechanism of retaining talents should be set up.
