摘    要:为缩短新车开发周期、节约样车制造费用,给车辆轻量化设计提供参考,在计算机仿真环境下预测了某特种越野车关键部件的疲劳寿命。基于该车结构有限元模型动力学计算的频响结果,对计算模型施加不同车速下等级路面位移谱,得到了不同车速不同级别路面下该车关键部件的应力响应谱,并在此基础上运用随机疲劳理论预测了该车的疲劳寿命。所研究的内容为车辆的疲劳寿命预测提供了较为可靠的流程和方法,所预测寿命结果在合理范围内,并提供了关键部件疲劳寿命的薄弱位置。

Abstract:To shorten the development lead-time of the new style vehicle,to reduce the manufacturing cost of its prototype and to supply reference of the vehicle light weight design,fatigue life of specified off-road vehicle was predicted in the computer simulation environment.Several typical road displacement spectra were applied on this vehicle FEA model,which are correlated to FEA dynamics stress frequency response results.The dynamic stress response spectra at critical components had been acquired,and this vehicle's fatigue life was estimated using random vibration fatigue theory.A reliable process of the whole vehicle body structure fatigue analysis was presented in this article.The fatigue analysis results were reasonable which predicted the vulnerable area of the specified off-road vehicle.
