| 摘 要： | 通过对横管两端不对等冲压的工艺分析,提出了管材冲压加工中对于两加工端成形长度不同,受力先后不同,形状不同时如何防止工件纵向(轴向)和横向偏移的解决方案.在其他类似成形加工时可借鉴.

| Abstract: | The solution project to prevent the work piece skew along vertical(axial)direction and horizontal direction caused by the different of forming length,pressing timing, shaping of two processing end in pipe pressing process has been introduced, which can be learned from in other similar molding process. |
