| 摘 要： | 设备保障体系的建立是炼油化工企业面临的一个焦点问题。笔者主要分析中国石油兰州石化公司设备维修保障体系的构建，提出了以可靠性为中心的维修模式（RCM）。还针对中国石油企业布局，提出了设备维修保障体系构建方面的一些建议。

| Abstract: | At present, oilrefining chemical companies in international and domestic are facing a difficalt problem which is foundation of equipment ensurance system. In this paper, foundation of equipment maintenance system of Lanzhou pretrochemical company is mainly analyzed, and a reliabihy -centered maintenance mode is proposed, moreover, a proposal to foundation of equipment maint system aimed at pretrocorporation distribution in china is introduced. |
