摘    要:为保证铁路车辆斜楔检修质量,设计了对斜楔的计算机自动检测及分拣系统。采用ADAM-5510工控机和位移传感器实现对斜楔有关尺寸的检测并对其进行分拣控制。系统运行可靠,精度高,成本低。

Abstract:Reconditioning quality of train oblique - wedge is guaranteed by designing and implementing computer automatic detection and automatic selection of train oblique - wedge. Size detection and selection control of oblique - wedge are implemented by adopting ADAM- 5510 industrial computer and displacement sensor. The whole system is precision, stable and low- cost in run.
