摘    要:计算机视觉测量系统在工业生产过程中应用越来越广泛,一般情况下,工业生产过程需要进行实时跟踪测量,其测量精度、测量速度必须和控制系统工作频率、控制精度相匹配。本文以连铸板坯长度在线测量系统为例,分析图像检测窗口大小、位置、动态特征匹配算法和测量系统扫描周期、边缘匹配准确性的关系。讨论了影响测量系统鲁棒性的一些主要因素。所得出的结论对一类计算机视觉实时跟踪测量系统有较普遍的参考价值。

Abstract:The computer vision measurement system is used more and more widely in industry production process. In general, real-time tracking measurement is needed for industry production parameters, and its measurement accuracy and velocity must be matched for the working frequency and control accuracy of control system. With the continuous slab length gauge system as an example,the relations among detection windows size, location, dynamic feature match arithmetic and scan period, edge matching veracity were analyzed , some factors affecting the system's robustness were discussed in the paper. The given results have a prevalent reference to real-time tracing measurement system based on computer vision.
