| 摘 要： | 文章针对上世纪七八十年代建造的大量多层住宅提出的局部加建方案,可使每套住宅面积增加10余平方米,提高围护结构热工性能、更新厨卫设备,旧住宅和老住区面貌改观,从而普遍改善作为旧住区居民主体的中低收入家庭的居住水平,符合可持续发展原则,使城市获得有机更新.

| Abstract: | This paper t omes up with a program for partial eextension of large number multi-storied housing construted in the1970's and the1980b After remodeling,each unit can increase gy10m2.the thermal property of building raises,the equipments for kitchen and restroom are renewed,and the apearance of original house and relevant quarter changes.The residential level improves for the family with low and medium income,who is the main body of dwellers in the old residential quarter,and the city gets organic renewal.It conforms with the principle of sustainable development. |
