面贴式永磁力矩电机气隙主磁场解析数值分析法

摘    要:为了准确计及定子开槽的影响,采用解析和数值相结合的方法计算面贴式永磁力矩电机的气隙磁场。场域划分为均匀气隙区域和扩展槽形区域,首先用解析法计算气隙区域内的矢量磁位;再用数值法求解槽域内的磁场。槽域扩展部分的边界条件由解析法获得,槽域内的永磁体等效成面电流;最后汇总各槽域计算结果得到开槽后整个气隙区域磁通密度分布。将开槽气隙磁场的波形和感应电动势的计算波形分别与有限元法计算结果和实测波形进行比较,一致性较好,证明了该方法的正确性和有效性。
