摘    要:PCB罗氏线圈广泛应用于复杂环境下的电流测量传感头,其抗干扰性能决定着电流测量的准确法。本文设计了一种双面对称布线且设置回线的新颖PCB罗氏线圈,分析了垂直于线圈平面的杂散磁场对传统直连布线、双面对称布线未设置回线及设置回线的三种PCB罗氏线圈互感特性影响,测试了受扰条件下三种线圈与被测载流导体间互感系数,并在此基础上进一步改进了新颖PCB罗氏线圈的回线设计。分析和实验结果表明,回线设置可有效抑制杂散磁场干扰,该新颖PCB罗氏线圈具有很强的抗干扰性能,适合于用作外界杂散磁场复杂情况下的电流测量传感头。
