摘    要:高转差异步风力发电机在运行时风能变化随机性较大,负载变化频繁,电机常常处于过负荷运行.对典型样机转子建立三维有限元模型,根据电磁场计算确定其温度场热源及相关换热系数;通过计算该电机的转子三维温度场分布,得出结论,由于电机处于高转差运行,转子温度过高,转子与转轴相结合部分为转子最高温升部分.进一步提出在转轴中应用旋转热管...

Abstract:According to the characteristic that the high slip asynchronous wind generator always runs overload due to its load changes frequently,a 3D finite model of a sample rotor was built,and the heat source of a temperature field and heat exchange factor concerned were decided.A conclusion by calculating a 3D temperature field of the machine rotor was drawn.The maximum temperature of a rotor was produced between the rotor and the shaft.Applying a rotating heat tube to the shaft can solve the problem effectively.W...
