摘    要:铅蓄电池产业链存在铅污染风险,但铅污染可控可治,我国频繁发生的铅污染事件其主要原因是法规缺失和管理失控造成的,介绍了美国铅蓄电池行业控制铅污染的主要措施;分析了国内外铅资源的供给、再生及利用情况;铅蓄电池应用于电动汽车不会导致铅资源短缺.

Abstract:There is lead pollution risk in lead-acid battery industry chain.But the lead pollution is controllable and administrable.The recurrent lead pollution events in China is mainly attributed to lack of law and management out of control.The main measurements to control the lead pollution in the American lead-acid battery industry is introduced in this paper.The supply,regeneration and utility of lead resource at home and abroad are analyzed.It is pointed out that the application of lead-acid batteries on electr...
