腐植酸对电瓷坯料性能影响的实验研究

摘    要:主要研究了腐植酸在电瓷配方中的应用以及它对电瓷工艺流程、电瓷本身性能的影响。经过多轮小样实验,确定在坯料配方中添加比例0.2%~0.5%的腐植酸,实验表明,腐植酸可提高坯体干燥强度30%~50%,并可以同时提高坯体的可塑性,但对电瓷其他性能无负面影响。

Abstract:The use of humic acid in porcelain formula,and the effect of it on the porcelain insulator technological process,and performance of porcelain itself are researched.As a result of repeated experiments of galley proof,the humic acid is decided to toad in blank formula by proportion of 0.2~ 0.5 percent.The test result shows that the humic acid can improve the intensity of dry-blank by 30%~ 50%,and can improve the plasticity of clay at the same time,however it has no negative effect to other performance of the ...
