| 摘 要： | 根据工业控制系统中传输信号的特点,针对工业传感器输出4～20 mA直流信号,结合理论分析,提出一种带有滤波功能信号的SPD结构设计方案.通过大量的实验以及Ca-dence电路仿真,验证了该信号SPD具有较好的滤波功能,且在电涌电流冲击测试下能够有效地将残压限制在设备耐受的范围内.该电涌保护器在改进了退耦网络部分后,不仅...
