大型异步电机转子状态监测与故障诊断

摘    要:研究了电机转子断条故障诊断的基本原理,提出了基于DSP和ARM的新颖双处理器的电机状态监测与故障诊断系统.采用电机电流频谱分析(MCSA)的方法提取电机转子故障特征分量,仿真和实验结果表明,本系统能够及时准确检测出电机转子断条故障,验证了系统硬件设计和故障诊断算法的有效性.
