摘    要:MOV型SPD在运行时,一些因素会使MOV启动后的电流过大,电流发热量超出MOV热容量就会使SPD失效。国家标准中热稳定实验考查的就是MOV对于这种热量累积的耐受程度。对国家标准中关于MOV(Metal Oxide Varistor)型SPD(Surge Protective Device)的热稳定性判断条件进行试验和分析,对比了直流和交流电压两种情况下的热量累积并设计试验。把直流电和交流电热累积统一到"热阻"的概念,试验表明,直流电造成的SPD发热量比交流电造成的SPD发热量大10%。

Abstract:When MOV-type SPD running,Some factors will make the current too large after MOV launch,current heat beyond MOV heat capacity will lead SPD fail.The thermal stability in national standard is to test the withstand degree of MOV on such thermal accumulation.The thermal stability judge condition of MOV type SPD is test and analyzed,the thermal accumulation effect under both AC and DC are compared and tested.The thermal accumulation under AC and DC are integrated to the concept-thermal resistance.The test shows...
