| 摘 要： | 对双端面磨片机各种不同结构进行了比较,对双端面磨床的结构形式和喂料方法等方面进行了研究,采取试制钢板焊接件床身、直径500 mm以下的小金刚石砂轮、直线通过式喂料等措施,均达不到理想的效果,而采用双端面、圆盘输送、凸轮夹持喂料的M7660/1双端面磨片机,完全满足了ZnO电阻片的磨片工艺要求,使磨片机床和磨片工序跃上了...
