空间高等植物培养箱控制系统的设计与实现

摘    要:设计并实现了基于DSP2812的空间高等植物培养箱的控制系统,介绍了控制系统软件和硬件的实现过程,用DSP自带的串口外接422接口芯片来实现与数管系统的422异步串行通讯;DSP内部定时器中断来实现定时和系统自守时;模拟量经LM124放大后送片内12位ADC;外接达林顿管SG2003来驱动继电器,控制灯、泵、相机等的开关。详细介绍了串口毛刺去除,DSP内部上拉端口上电脉冲的抑制。实验表明,控制系统性能稳定,各项指标满足使用要求。

Abstract:Higher plants incubator control system is designed with DSP2812,and its software and hardware are introduced.The serial ports of the DSP are used with 422 interface chip to communicate with platform.DSP internal timer interrupt is used for timing and punctuality.Analog enlarged by the LM124 are send to the 12 bit ADC of the DSP.External darlington tube SG2003 drives the relay switches of lights,pumps,cameras.Instruction is given about how to remove the serial burr and inhibit electrical impulses on DSP ports.Experiments show that the control system is stable and meet the use requirement.
