| 摘 要： | 分析了我国风险投资退出机制存在的六大问题 ,指出 ,缺乏通畅的风险投资退出渠道已成为制约我国风险投资发展的瓶颈。研究给出了五条措施 ,希望能对解决风险投资退出难的问题有所帮助。

| Abstract: | The six problems existing in the retreat system of China's venture capital were put forward and analyzed, stressing that the lack in smooth venture capital channel was a critical one blocking the development of China's venture capital. Five pieces of measures were given to help resolve the problem of difficult retreat. |
