摘    要:研究由浸渍法制备负载型Fe2O3/凹凸棒土催化剂,并利用该催化剂对印染废水进行处理,探讨废水pH值、催化剂用量、反应时间等对色度去除率的影响。确定较佳反应条件:催化剂用量为0.25g,染料废水初始浓度300mg/L,染料废水pH值为7.0,过氧化氢0.6mL,反应时间2h时色度去除率为90%。

Abstract:Fe2O3/ attapulgite catalysts were prepared by impregnation.Experimental results showed that the pH value,catalyst concentration and the time of reaction influenced the treatment of dyeing wastewater.The optimal conditions were determined as follows: dosage of the catalyst was 0.25g,primary concentration of dyeing wastewater was 300mg/L,primary pH of dyeing wastewater was 7.0,dosage of H2O2 was 0.6mL,the time of reaction was 2h,the color reduction was 90% in the end.
