| 摘 要： | 对壳牌煤气化装置在运行过程中的节能技术进行了系统介绍。主要包括甲醇合成弛放气回收用于气化热风炉作为燃料气使用;低温甲醇洗工序放空的二氧化碳气体回收后经压缩送至气化用作粉煤输送;渣水、灰水中滤出煤泥重新掺入原料煤中使用。并以我公司50万吨甲醇装置为例对各节能技术进行了相应的经济分析和经济效益核算。

| Abstract: | The technology of energy saving in the plant with Shell coal gasification process was introduced,which contained the vent gas of methanol synthesis recovery as fuel gas,CO2 recovery form the rectisol process for acid gas removal unit and the thickened and dried sludge added to the raw coal.The corresponding economic analysis and economic accounting were got for the various energy-saving technologies. |
