反复焊接对超低碳奥氏体不锈钢力学性能的影响

摘    要:通过对反复焊接1~5次的超低碳奥氏体不锈钢力学性能的试验及金相组织的分析,研究了反复焊接对超低碳奥氏体不锈钢力学性能的影响。试验结果显示,在同一部位反复焊接5次后,超低碳奥氏体不锈钢的拉伸性能、冲击功、硬度及显微组织没有发生明显变化,表明超低碳奥氏体不锈钢在选择合适的焊接材料、焊接工艺和焊接方法的前提下,同一部位可反复焊接5次,不会明显影响其力学性能。

Abstract:An investigation was made on the effect of rewelding on mechanical properties of Ultra-low carbon austenitic stainless steel based on mechanical properties test and microstructure examination. Study shows that 5 times of rewelding at the same position will not have evident influence on tensile properties, impact energy, hardness, and microstructure of Ultra-low carbon austenitic stainless steel, if the proper weld procedure, proper welding material and proper weld technique were adopted.
