舰船仿真设备测量系统研制

摘    要:针对船用装备出海试验存在着试验繁琐、费用高、周期长等问题,采用仿真技术研制舰船仿真试验台,可以缩短产品试验周期,节省开发费用;论述了仿真试验台测量系统设计,包括测量系统与仿真试验台总体的关系,角度测量误差分析和系统精度设计,采取粗精两级传感器耦合实现精密测角,采用时统信号同步锁存摇摆角数据,以及计算机数据录取与处理软件设计;实现了大型仿真设备实时高精度检测功能,为舰船设备提供了强有力的实验手段。

Abstract:To develop the simulation sway test system based on si mu lation, it can shorten test period, save development cost. The measuring system for the simulation sway test system used to warships equipments test is introdu ced. It includes:the relationship between measuring system and simulation sway test system,error analyse for posture angle measurement and system accuracy des ign,posture angle measurement based on coupling between rough and accuracy sens ers,synchronism latch of the data of sway angles by using the united time signa l, Design of data collect and data process software. It accomplish posture angl e measurement in time for the simulation sway test system, and provide useful te st method to the warships equipments.
