| Abstract: | An Enterprise Remote Collaborative Diagnosis System(RCDS) based on Web was presented and was used in the setting up of the remote collaborative diagnosis network based on Internet/Intranet. The architecture and key technologies of the system were discussed. The RCDS can be helpful in the enterprise diagnosis knowledge integration, at the same time, improving the enterprise diagnosis efficiency and decreasing the enterprise diagnosis cost. |
