摘    要:本文以层次分析法为理论基础,建立一个综合型的评价指标体系,并结合目前煤矿灾害事故的特点和规律,用比较矩阵确定煤矿各灾害因素的权重,从而提高了煤矿安全评价结果的准确性和科学性。

Abstract:The synthetical index of the safety assessment is constituted by the theory foundation of the method of layered analysis in this paper, which confirming the magnitude ratio of the various accident cases of the coal mines according to the specialty and rule of the accident cases in this day, so, which improve the veracity and scientific of the conclusion of the safety assessment.
