模具淬火变形的原因分析及校正方法

摘    要:通过模具淬火变形原因分析,可知变形主要由热应力、组织应力与相变变形所致。提出相关改善措施:改善预备热处理,优化淬火方法与淬火工艺参数以及增加深冷处理等,并提出改善与控制淬火变形的热校正方法,提高模具的加工精度和制造质量。

Abstract:According to cause analysis of quench strain on die & mould,the main cause was put for heat stress,structure stress,phase transformation strain and so on .It is presented forward corresponding improved measures:advanced pre-treatment,optimizated quench means and quench technique factor and added to deep cold treatment.And it is proposed the checking means for mproved and controlled quench strain,in order to the machining accuracy and producting quality of die & mould.
