Cause Analysis and Checking Means for Quench Strain of Die and Mould

According to cause analysis of quench strain on die & mould,the main cause was put for heat stress,structure stress,phase transformation strain and so on .It is presented forward corresponding improved measures:advanced pre-treatment,optimizated quench means and quench technique factor and added to deep cold treatment.And it is proposed the checking means for mproved and controlled quench strain,in order to the machining accuracy and producting quality of die & mould.
