羧酸类铜缓蚀剂与苯并三氮唑在海水中协同效应的研究

摘    要:用挂片失重法及电化学极化曲线的方法,研究了一种羧酸类缓蚀剂与苯并三氮唑在海水中的协同效应。并与BTA在海水中对紫铜的缓蚀性能加以比较,结果表明,该类缓蚀剂与BTA复配后显示了比BTA更好的缓蚀性能。该类缓蚀剂制备工艺简单,从而降低了在海水中铜缓蚀的成本。

Abstract:The synergistic effect of a carboxylic acid inhibitor with BTA in natural seawater was studied using weight-loss and polarization curve methods. The results indicate that the carboxylic acid inhibitor mixed with BTA presents better inhibiting property for copper than using BTA or carboxylic acid inhibitor individually. The preparation process of the inhibitor is very simple, and thus beneficial to decreasing the cost of corrosion inhibitor for copper.
