基于MCGS的换热器综合实验监控系统

摘    要:针对换热器综合系统的实际需要,以MCGS工控组态软件和通用PC为软、硬件平台开发了计算机实时监控系统。系统包括上位机和现场仪表两级架构,以多功能数据采集卡构建数据采集系统,通过USB接口与上位机通信。系统可实现测量参数显示、实时曲线绘制、数据自动分析和界面流程仿真等功能。同时,分析了系统体系结构,给出了系统组态实现过程,并介绍了系统应用情况。

The Heat Exchanger Monitoring and Control System based on MCGS

Abstract:According to actual need of the monitoring and control of heat exchanger system, regarded MCGS configuration software and general PC as software and hardware platform to develop real-time computer monitoring system. The system including PC and field instrumentation two architectures and Building a data acquisition system by multifunction data acquisition card communicates with the host computer through USB interface. The system can achieve the functions like measured parameter displaying, real-time curve drawing, data automatic analyzing, and interface process simulation and so on. Analyzed the system architecture, given the realization of the process of the system configuration and described the application of the system.
