羊毛织物的蛋白酶预处理阻燃整理

摘    要:羊毛织物用Savinase蛋白酶预处理,再进行Pyrovatex CP阻燃整理,探讨了蛋白酶预处理和阻燃整理的主要工艺参数对阻燃效果的影响。优化的预处理工艺为Savinase蛋白酶2%(owf),pH值8,浴比1:25,50℃处理60min;优化的阻燃整理工艺为Pyrovatex CP阻燃剂250g/L,交联剂50g/L,磷酸7.5g/L,JFC0.5g/L,pH值7,带液率95%,90℃预烘3min,130℃焙烘3min。结果表明,蛋白酶预处理阻燃整理羊毛织物的阻燃性能比单阻燃整理的有显著提高,且整理织物的强力损伤和白度变化不大。

Abstract:Wool fabric was pretreated by Savinase protease, and then finished by Pyrovatex CP flame retardants. Influences of the main process parameters of protease pretreatment and flame retardant finish to flame retardant performance were discussed. The optimized pretreatment process was the dosage of Savinase protease 2 % (owf), pH value 8, liquor ratio 1 : 25, treating 60 min at 50 ℃. The optimized flame retardant finish process was Pyrovatex CP 250 g/L,crosslinking agent 50 g/L, phosphoric acid 7.5 g/L,JFC 0.5 g/L,pH value 7,take-up 95%, drying at 90 ℃ for 3 min, curing at 130 ℃ for 3 min. The results showed that the flame-retardant performance of protease pretreated and flame retardant finished wool fabric were significantly improved compared with that of sole flame retardant finished fabric, with little changes in strength and whiteness.
