| Abstract: | Based on GB150-1998,the view points presented in Ref.(1)were discussed. It can be concluded that the conclusion in Ref(1) is inappropriate. The conditions under which it is unnecessary to check the stress in the cylindrical shell when being tested were derived in this paper. |
