化学镀非晶态Co-Ni-P薄膜磁性的研究

摘    要:化学镀Co-Ni-P薄膜镀态下为非晶态结构,Co-Ni-P薄膜的矫顽力较低,矩形比较高,其易磁化方向与膜面垂直。薄膜越厚,矫顽力越高,矩形比越低;镀液的pH值越高,矫顽力越高;当以化学镀Ni-P合金作为中间镀层时,可获得较高的矫顽力和矩形比。

Abstract:Electroless Co Ni P thin film as deposited is amorphous, having a lower coercive force and higher squareness ratio. Its magnetizable direction is perpendicular to surface of thin film. The thicker the electroless Co Ni P thin film, the higher the coercive force and the lower the squareness ratio. The higher the pH value of the plating bath, the larger the coercive force. Higher coercive force and squareness ratio are attained as electroless Ni P alloy coating is used as a intermediate coating.
