| 摘 要： | 在保证产品质量的前提下，简化生产工艺、缩短生产周期、降低生产成本是每个企业所追求的目标。本文提供了一种采用相对简单的覆膜砂热芯盒代替壳型工艺的解决方案。经过生产实践，铸件质量完全达到壳型铸件的质量要求。

Production of Iron Casting with Film-covering Sand Hot Corebox in place of Shell Mold |

| Abstract: | Under the premise of eligible quality of casting , each enterprise pursues the object of technology simplicity, and reduction of production period and cost . A solution with film-covering sand hot corebox in place of shell mold technical operation , which makes the quality of iron casting matching with shell mold , is thoroughly presented in this paper. |
