摘    要:以染料木素含量为指标,研究了响应面分析法优化豆粕中大豆异黄酮的提取工艺,试验结果表明,最佳工艺条件为:乙醇浓度为59.28%、提取温度78.94℃、乙醇用量为20.85:1、提取2次、每次2h,在此条件下大豆异黄酮的理论含量可达12.03μg/g。

Abstract:By taking the content of genistein as the guideline, the extracting technology of soybean isoflavones from soybean residue by response surface analysis is studied. The result shows that the optimum condition is 59. 28% of the ethanol concentration, 20. 85 : 1 of the ratio of ethanol and material, 80℃ of the extracting tempreture and extracting for 2 hours, twice. Under this condition, the content of genistein could reach 12.03 μg/g theoretically.
