摘    要:介绍了在线近红外光谱仪快速测定重整原料、重整汽油的PNA组成及辛烷值的方法。利用CCD在线近红外光谱仪采集重整原料及汽油的近红外光谱,并经微分、中心化处理,用偏最小二乘法建立辛烷值及C4~C10的直链烷烃(P)、环烷烃(N)、芳烃(A)的校正模型,预测结果符合标准方法的要求。

RAPID DETERMINATION OF OCTANE NUMBER AND GROUP OF REFORMING STOCK AND PRODUCT BY ONLINE NEAR INFRARED SPECTROMETER

Abstract:The methods of rapidly determining octane number and PNA composition of reforming stock and reformed gasoline by online near infrared spectrometer are introduced. The near infrared spectrums of reforming stock and reformed gasoline are collected by using CCD in near infrared spectrometer. They were differentiated and then standardized according to SNV requirements. Calibration models are established for octane number and straight chain paraffin hydrocarbon, partial least square method. Now the naphthenic hydrocarbon and aromatic hydrocarbon coming from C4-C10 by prediction are up to the requirements in the standard.
