PAC改性阳离子分散松香胶的研究

摘    要:以高纯PAC按不同配比与阴离子分散松香胶反应,制得PAC改性阳离子分散松香胶。用光散射粒度仪和傅里叶转换红外光谱仪研究PAC改性阳离子分散松香胶的电位、粒度分布及其红外特征。研究发现,PAC改性后,松香胶粒径发生了较大变化。通过红外光谱分析证明,该阳离子松香胶有反对称和对称伸缩振动两个强吸收带,其吸收波数分别为1596cm~(-1)和1425cm~(-1);阴离子分散松香胶中的—C—O双键和—COOH酸根均与PAC发生了化学反应,PAC改性后松香胶的电位由负变正。

Abstract:In this paper,cationic rosin size is prepared by premixing extremely pure polyaluminum chloride (PAC) and dispersed rosin size (DRS).The cationic rosin size is characterized by FTIR,ant its zeta potential and particle size are analyzed.The results indicate that the rosin particle size changes significantly, the-C=O and-COOH of the DRS both react with PAC to form the aluminum rosin acid and the IR spectrum of cationic rosin size modified by PAC has two dissymmetric and symmetric flexible vibration absorbing peaks at1596cm~(-1) and 1425cm~(-1).The zeta potential of DRS modified with PAC from negative becomes of cationic.
