基于插装阀的乳化液泵站液压系统研究

摘    要:提出了采用插装式液压阀的液压支架乳化液泵站液压系统的设计思想和设计方案,分析了其工作原理和设计要点。结论认为:采用插装式液压阀取代原来的管式阀能显著改善泵站的工作性能,提高其工作可靠性和效率,降低制造难度和成本,便于使用和维护,具有推广价值.

Abstract:The design thinking and plan of adopting plug-in valve hydraulic system to design of hydraulic powered support of oil water emulsion pumping station were presented.The working principle and main designing points were analyzed.The results show that adopting plug-in valve replacing original tube value can obviously improve working character and working reliability,can cut down manufacture difficulty and cost, and it is easy to use and maintain.
