摘    要:本文主要介绍了大功率移相全桥开关电源的研制。介绍了国内外开关电源的现状,分析了移相全桥变换器的工作原理和软开关技术的实现,软开关能降低开关损耗,提高电路效率。给出了电源装置的系统架构,具体阐述了各部分组成电路。试验结果表明,该装置完全满足了设计要求,并成功应用于电镀生产线上。

Abstract:The analysis and design of high power phase-shifted full bridge switching power supply are presented in this paper. The paper firstly introduces present situation of switching power supply, and then analyzes the operating principle of phase-shifted full bridge converter and the realization of soft switching techniques. Soft switching can reduce switching loss and increase circuit efficiency. Integrated design of power supply system and each component circuit are also proposed. The experiment results demonstrate that the power supply device satisfies design requirements completely. It has been applied in the electric plating production line successfully.
