基于PIC16C73B单片机的逆变电源的设计

摘    要:采用简单廉价的PIC16C73B单片机作为控制核心实现了220V/50Hz正弦波输出的逆变电源系统的设计。介绍了基于PIC单片机的SPWM控制的实现方法给出了部分单元电路的原理图。该系统电路简单、输出电压稳定,同时具有过流保护,欠压保护等功能,工作可靠、性能良好,为小型逆变器的设计提供了一种新思路。

Abstract:An inverter system is designed to realiz a 220V/50Hz sinusoidal wave output with a cheap singlechip PIC16C73B. A method to produce SPWM with the PIC singlechip is introduced in this paper, and some circuits have been designed too. This system has simple circuits, stable voltage output, and self-protecting function. So it is reliable, and has good properties, giving new directions for the fabrication of small inverters.
