摘    要:为探究年龄及季节对山羊绒摩擦性能的影响,采用Y151型纤维摩擦因数测定仪,测试了0.5、1、2、3岁母羊春季和夏李山羊绒的摩擦因数。根据外观形态特征将山羊绒纤维分成4类:绒纤维、二细纤维、两型纤维和粗毛纤维。针对这4种不同类型的山羊绒纤维进行了大量的摩擦性能测试,基于所得数据分析比较不同年龄、不同季节山羊绒的摩擦特性,为山羊绒加工提供了一定的理论依据。试验结果表明:在夏季,也就是在温度升高、湿度变大的情况下,山羊绒的摩擦因数变大,摩擦效应变大,摩擦性能有所提高;年龄对山羊绒的摩擦性能影响不大。

Abstract:To study age and season on cashmere friction performance, using Y151 fiber friction coefficient tester, testing 0.5, 1, 2, 3 ages ewes during the spring and summer of cashmere friction factor, the cashmere fibers were divided into 4 categories according to the morphology: cashmere fiber, second-fine fiber, dimorphic fiber, hair fiber. According to the 4 different types of cashmere fibers of friction performance test, based on the data analysis and comparison of different ages, different seasons of the friction characteristics of cashmere, cashmere processing provided certain theory basis. The test results showed that: in the summer, it was elevated in temperature, humidity larger cases, cashmere friction coefficient became larger, the effect of friction became larger, and the friction performance had improved. Effects of age on cashmere had little effect on friction performance.
