某单层钢结构厂房结构鉴定实例

通过对某钢结构厂房的事故分析,介绍一般钢结构厂房结构鉴定工作的分析过程。在现场查勘和材料检测的基础之上,运用PKPM软件进行结构计算分析,结果与实际破坏情况相符。对比原有设计,结合实测数据和现行规范、规程,给出相应的鉴定结论和加固方案。并由此鉴定实例出发,对钢结构厂房的鉴定工作给出相应建议,为类似工程提供参考。

A CASE OF STRUCTURAL IDENTIFICATION OF MONOLAYER STEEL STRUCTURE WORKSHOP

The general process of structural identification of steel structure workshop was introduced according to analysis of the engineering accident of a monolayer steel structure workshop. Based on field investigation and material test, the whole structure was analyzed by using application PKPM software. It was found that failure of structure calculation coincide with the field research. By comparing the result with the original design and combining the data from field investigation and refering to current standard code, the conclusion of identification and the plan of strengthening structure were presented. At last, based on this case, some advices of structural identification of steel structure workshop were given to provide reference for similar projects.
