纳米抗菌涤/Modal混纺纱与针织产品的开发

摘    要:选用纳米抗菌涤/Modal混纺纱,开发双罗纹纬编针织物和系列针织内衣产品,给出了纬编织造和染色后整理的工艺与参数,测试了混纺纱和织物的性能,说明该纳米抗菌涤/Modal混纺纱具有良好的服用性和抗菌性,适于针织内衣产品。

Abstract:Nano-anti-bacterial polyester/Modal blended yarns were made to develop the interlock knitted fabric and a series of undergarments. Some process parameters such as circular weft knitting, dying and finishing were given in this paper. The properties of blended yarn and interlock knitted fabrics were tested. The results showed that these nano-anti-bacterial polyester/Modal blended yarns had better wearability and good anti- bacterial function as well as for undergarments.
