钢桁架整体节点研究综述

摘    要:钢桁架整体节点以其制造安装简便、经济效益良好被广泛地应用于国内外的桥梁建造中,为了更加全面地了解整体节点的特点和性能,总结分析钢桁架整体节点的相关研究成果,针对整体节点的构造设计、制作工艺、焊接工艺等相关问题进行分析、归纳和整理,对钢桁架整体节点的承载能力、疲劳试验、强度刚度等方面进行研究,通过对比国内外相关研究成果,对国内未来钢桁架整体节点的研究方向得出相应结论,为以后整体节点的使用提供参考依据。

Abstract:Integral panel points of steel truss girder are widely applied to both domestic and international bridge construction with their advantages of simple installation and outstanding economic benefit. To present the thorough understanding of the characteristics and performance of integral panel points, it is analyzed and summarized relevant documents and researched the following major fields of integral panel points: structure design,workmanship and welding technology. It is also researched capacity analysis of integral panel points, fatigue test, strength and stiffness. By comparing the related research results around the world, a Chinese future of integral joint can be drawn, which provides scientific reference for later application of integral points of steel truss girder.
