玄武岩织物阻燃性能研究

摘    要:玄武岩纤维具有优良的隔热及阻燃性,在阻燃领域应用广泛。作为对玄武岩服用阻燃织物的探索,设计并织造了低面密度的玄武岩纬纱织物、玄武岩包芯纱织物,并研究了织物组织对其阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,玄武岩织物的阻燃性能优异,尤其是其包芯纱织物;玄武岩织物的平均浮长越短,所呈现的阻燃性能越佳。

Abstract:Basalt fiber had excellent performance of thermal insulation and flame-resistance, which led to the wide ap- plication in flame-resistance field. As a study in flame retardant fabric of basalt fiber, basalt weft yarn fabric and core-spun basalt yarn fabric were designed and woven. Besides, the fabric structure' s effects on flame retardant function were discussed. The results show that fabrics containing basalt fibers possess good flame retardant performance, especially the core-spun basalt yarn fabric. Furthermore, the shorter the average length of floating yarn, the better flame-retardant performance the fabric presents.
