| 摘 要： | 直接空冷凝汽器管道直径较大,一般为3000～6000mm,有的管道直径达到8000mm。从管道壳体自身受力状况看,更像是外压容器。从整体布局看,又具备管道的特点:凝汽器管道长度在40～50m,这种管道在施工过程中,目前国内外均没有相应的标准规范可循。参考国内外相关领域的规范和标准,对直接空冷凝汽器管道安装过程中的几个重要环节,给出安装质量验收的指导标准和规范,以便对于大管道的安装质量有据可依。 |

| Abstract: | The diameter of an air-cooling condenser （ACC）duct is usually very big, that is about 3 000 ~ 6 000 mm, even some can be up to 8 000 ram. The duct like external pressure vessel because of the large diameter, but as a whole, it also has some characteristic as pipeline. The length of the duct is about 40~50 m. There is no corresponding standard to guide the erection of the duct both at home and abroad now. Referring to the standards and codes of relevant fields at home and abroad, it is given the guiding standard and code for quality acceptance of several important links during erection of the ACC duct. According to which the erection company will do the erection of the duct. |
