摘    要:运用MSC.DYTRAN软件,首先比较了网格划分密度的改变,耦合法的选取及边界条件对计算的影响。并在合理的网格划分和耦合方法选用的基础上,设置符合实际的边界条件,在壳体的迎爆面,侧爆面和背爆面各选取一个点,在分析光壳的响应的基础上,详细计算了加筋圆柱壳对水下爆炸冲击波的响应。比较分析了不同的尺寸参数对结构抗爆性能的影响,并做了综合讨论,计算中考虑了材料的应变率强化效应。在此基础上验证了增加壳体厚度,减小加筋间距和增加加筋高度等有利于提高加筋圆柱壳抗爆性能的方法,同时得到了一个适合本例计算的较优化模型。

Abstract:The response of cylindrical shell subjected to underwater explosion shock waves is detailedly analyzed and calculated with the code MSC.DYTRAN based on the study of cylindrical shell, using the appropriate mesh densties, the right coupling method and the correct boundary condition. The effects of different dimension parameters on anti-blast capability are compared concretely. Three different points on the cylindrical shell are chosen respectively to actualize the computation, and the parameters P and D are taken into account. Then comprehensive discussion is done and some efficient measures including increasing thickness of the cylindrical shell, decreasing distance of the ribs and incresasing the rib height, all of which can enhance the anti-blast capability of cylindrical shell, are verified. Meanwhile, an optimum model is achieved to fit for this case.
