摘    要:由北京邮电大学国家重点实验室研制的基于智能网的客户服务中心是作为增值业务在智能网上实现的。它不仅具有基于平台的客户服务中心的功能,还有着自身的独特优势:灵活的系统结构、完善的呼叫控制、灵活的系统生成等。另外,与其它基于国家标准的智能平台有良好的互通性,还具有强大的互联网协同工作能力。

Abstract:The CSC developed by a key national laboratory of BUPT is implemented on IN as a VAS. The CSC provides the function of a platform -based customer service center on top of its unique advantages, such as flexible system architecture, sophisticated call control and flexible system generation. In addition, it provides satisfactory capability of interworking with IN platforms conforming to the national standards, as well as powerful Internet collaborating capability.
