对基于转矩控制策略的电喷系统的研究

摘    要:早期的控制系统主要是以气缸充气量、燃油质量和点火正时为控制参数.由于系统内还有许多功能子系统参与对行驶伺服机构和通常的汽车附属功能的控制,这些设备运行时就会要求对转矩进行补偿,就会经常出现相互矛盾的要求.早期的电喷系统的控制策略不能够很好的处理这些矛盾.本文介绍的转矩控制策略能够区分出这些相互矛盾的需求的优先程度,并执行最至关重要的需求,这也是该控制策略的优势所在.

Abstract:Earlier engine control systems mainly based on mass air flow, fuel quality and Spark Timing. Because many subsystems in the system participate in controlling the driving servo mechanism and assistant function of automobile, it needs more torque when they are running, then usually it leads to conflict. And earlier control Strategy can not solve this problem. The torque control strategy introduced in this paper can better deal with the problem by setting the priority, and responses to the most important need. This is also the important advantage of the control strategy.
