摘    要:采用双级雾化水冷快凝与粉末冶金技术制备了(2024Al)-20Si-5Fe耐磨合金,分析了 合金的微观组织,利用磨损实验研究了合金的耐磨性和磨损失效形式.结果表明:快凝粉末冶金 合金具有比铸造合金更细小的微观组织,更高的耐磨性和减磨性;磨损失效形式主要是磨粒磨 损和疲劳磨损,而铸造合金的磨损失效形式主要是磨粒磨损、粘着磨损和部分氧化磨损.

Abstract:A rapidly solidified(2024Al)-20Si-5Fe powder alloy has been prepared by two - stage atomization with water-cooling. The microstructure characteristics and wear behaviors have been investigated with electron microanalysis and wear test. The principal test results show that the rapid alloy has finer microstructure and higher wear resistance, as well as good anti-attrition, than that of the cast alloys. The main wearoutfailure ways of the rapid alloy are grain-abrasion and fatigue wear, but grain - abrasion, sticking wear and oxidizing wear occurred in the cast alloy.
