环氧脂肪酸钙锌稳定剂的研制

摘    要:在水中进行ESBO与NaOH的皂化反应,合成了含环氧基的钙锌稳定剂。该反应适宜工艺条件为水的用量为1mL·(gESBO)^-1,NaOH与ESBO的用量比例宜选为3.15:1,反应温度80℃,反应时间50min。复分解反应的适宜工艺条件为:反应温度室温,金属盐用量3mol(nmolESBO)^-1,金属盐溶液滴加时间20min。继续反应时间20min。通过热老化实验测试,该复合稳定剂具有与铅盐类稳定剂相近的稳定效果,因此它能够缓解铅盐对环境的污染,具有很好的应用前景。

The Synthesis and Application of Epoxidised Fatty Acid Ca-Zn Thermal Stabilizer

Abstract:The technology of preparation calcium-zinc soap stabilizer having the epoxy groups by saponification of epoxidised soya bean oil (ESBO) and sodium hydroxide(NaOH)in water were studied. The best technology conditions were found:use level of water lmL.(gESBO)-1 , the molar ratio of sodium hydroxide and epoxidised soya bean oil was 3.15:1, reaction temperature was 80℃, and reaction time was 50 min ; those for the double decomposition: reaction temperature was room temperature, use level of the metal salts 3mol·(nmolESBO)^-1 ( n represents the valence number of the metals), time for adding the metal salt soluton was 20 min, and continuous reaction time was 20 min. By thermal aging experiments, this composite stabilizer has nearly the same performance as plumbum salts. Therefore, it can alleviate the pollution of plumbum salts in environment and has a very good application future.
